Yes that is where it is at.
First you disconnect the battery ground cable.
Then you remove the inter fender to fender screws.
Next take a 10mm 1/4" drive socket and loosen the center bolt in the plug and remove the PCM plug.
Remove the two screws around the plug.
Pull the PCM out between the fender and the inter fender.
