Going into 5th year on original MOTORCRAFT battery and it works fine, but generally speaking, after 4 yrs of Canadian winters, a battery doesn't owe you anything.
Debating whether to change it this Summer or try to push it to a 5th or 6th year.

Yes, absolutely! From what I hear the MotorCraft Batteries give you No warning when they go! They just go!
