I just bought an 05 6.0 superduty and I am very impressed with it. The only problem is that it has trouble starting in cold weather and being in alaska this is quite a problem. anything below 20 degrees. it will start after cranking for a bit but doesnt run on all cylinders for about 15 seconds. after that it runs perfectly. I am wondering if it is the glow plug module. I am familiar with the glow plug relay on a 7.3 but i understand it is quite different on a 6.0. Any info is greatly appreciated.
