I'm working on putting a cummins into my F-250. Over the weekend I cut a few holes in my core support for the intercooler outlets to fit through. I also made the mounts for the intercooler, along with having to modify the hood latch to fit everything.
Today I'll be pressure testing the intercooler, it has a few pinholes in it.
But the guy I bought it from swears up and down it held 50 psi from his cummins engine before he pulled it for a larger one.
