You are getting some great info already, I just wanted to let you know that what you are proposing will be fine with your truck. You will probably be over the GVWR of the truck, but under on every other rating, so I wouldn't worry one bit. My 5er comes in at just under 14,000lbs. Granted, had I known when I got my truck I would be towing this much I would've gotten a dually. But I went round and round about this and decided I'd rather keep my truck that has been great to me than get another one that I don't know anything about. It all boils down to what you're comfortable with, but I would not sweat that trailer with your truck one bit.
