I don't own one of these trucks, so these thoughts are mostly theory. make sure if you have any theft or remote starter equipment that it is working properly. . if you have lights, power, etc. You probably have an issue with either your "starter control circuit" or your starter/solenoid is bad. devices that are part of your starter control circuit are , ignition switch, starter relay ,(I think in your power distribution box #12), neutral safety switch( if you have a standard itis a clutch positioning switch), depending on your ability you can take a multimeter and start checking these for power.
