I'd think if Ford still did that somebody would have told you where to find it, but you might poke around in the cargo area anyhow. For security purposes, the code would likley be someplace you could lock.
They got rid of that in the 07 and up models. Have to have it pulled by the dealer.
Each vehicle equipped with a keyless entry keypad is programmed with a 5-digit entry code. This code is provided to the customer on a wallet card in the Owner's Literature package. In addition, this code is available through a scan tool.
