i got 1 in my shop thats having the same issue.ive done 50 or so of these and havnt ever been kicked around like this.new phasers and chains and tensiners and have codes p0012 and p0021.its starting to make me mad.each time i tear back into it the timings off both cams.im gonna try removing all the followers and retiming the engine and crank it over without the plugs in it to prime the hydralic tensioners to see if the problem is the chains jumping with no oil pressure to them.just to let you know this teruck has been in 4 diff. shops and im stuck with it.ive subed new actuatior solinoids and a pcm for the issue because i hadnt rechecked my timing on the cams.ill let you know how mine turns out.hop[e you let me know how yours ends up.
