I have the F4TE in a 1985 F150 but whoever put it in there used the wrong distributor gear and some cam gear teeth are broken. Jumps time like crazy. Anyway, what cam can I replace it with? The motor has been changed to a carb (stock Ford 2V). It's a 4x4 and I'd like to get a good roller cam for not a huge amount of money.
