1999 F250 Tranny Replaced

Three days after a local quick lube changed the tranny fluid in my 250 Diesel Crew Cab, the forward gears stopped working. When I checked the fluid, it was low so I put in two quarts of fluid but that didn't help. I had it towed to them and all they did was check the fluid levels, so it then had to be towed to the local Ford dealer, who replaced the tranny. I use the truck very lighly, have never towed anything and so was expecting the tranny to last a very long time. It just seems odd that it didn't have any problems prior to the fluid change, then 3 days later its blown. I am thinking about taking the quick lube place to small claims, but if these trannys should only last 160K, then perhaps I should just deal with it.... Your thoughts?
