That'll depend on various factors, but you can have the potential to get that type of mpg out of a 3/4 diesels. If you are really thinking a diesel option, let me know, I'll try to help you out with information on that. I have only owned diesels and I have experience from the 6.9(from the 80s) and I'm thinking about going with the 6.7 now(still juggling although I'm sure I'm going to do it).
