but how big of a pain is it to take the bed off is the question lol... I think it would be easier to just unstrap the tank and drop it? Can anyone tell me how to check if the switch is good and what wiring to check on the way to the tank? Thanks.

Oh, and I don't think the pump just crapped out or was on its way out because when it stopped working and started again it worked fine it seemed to only crap out when using the remote starter so I don't know.. the guy who installed the remote starter did a real hack job too. Wiring is a mess. I was thinking of ripping it out but am afraid I will never get it started again.
