As far as dealerships are concerned, I go to Koch Ford on Gateway and 51 Avenue. Good people, easy to deal with. Denny Andrews is good if you need work done later in the day and they have staff on - I had balljoints popped and pressed at 9:00 PM this past summer.

The only smaller independent shops I go to are out of town. Some good ones out there. I'm certain there are many in Edmonton.
