Styleside Pickup with Dual Rear Wheels (DRW) is not original. It's been made up.
ALL 1953/79 F350's with DRW were
only available as a Cab & Chassis, or with a factory installed Flat or Stake Bed.
There were
no DRW Styleside Pickups available until 1980, and then only as F350's.
Ford never offered a Flareside Pickup with DRW.
