A little more info would help. You are talking about a span of ten years production with two distinctly different models. Prices range from $2500-25,000 depnding on what year interests you.

I think the '99 is the best year...PI heads on the 5.4 with a forged crank and aluminum intake, 4r100 trans, and the rest is pretty standard fare. To me, the back seat in the '03 and up models is worthless unless your passengers are under 4 ft tall. The seat is way too close to the floor. I also use mine off road and agree that the solid axle rear, F150 based Expy is more desirable for my uses.
