Got 23 yrs in a machine shop. Nope, not a handle turner by trade, but do have full run of the shop for "guberment jobs"(being a gearhead, I have alot). Started as driver, did work in shop for short while, learned Autocad and been in the office ever since. I hate stitting at a desk for long, so I always find something on the floor to do/fix/make. Oh, ya, I'm the resident mechanic, plumber, electrician, salesman, inventory control, plant manager, truck driver, inspector, receptionist(I'm the voice on the automatic phone too).

Been really slow the last few years, but we still plug along some how. If the doors do ever get locked, it will be me turning off the lights.
