I had some give me an extra set of 351 cylinder heads in good shape with the stock intake. My question is will this bolt right onto a stock 302 or will there have to be some machine work?

I am trying to see if they will give me the extra intake and exhaust cfm than a 302. also will the 351 intake just bolt upto the 302 cylinder heads?
