Dealer MSRP is around $350. The OEM hub assembly comes with new hub-to-knuckle studs (4 of them) and one new hub o-ring (yellow o-ring to seal the hub for the ESOF if you have it). IIRC Ford used coarse threads until 2003, then they switched to fine threads on the studs.

Depending on the dealership, it could be more or less (probably not less). Some dealerships have more of a markup above MSRP than others. I was able to get my hubs through my "regular" parts guys for about $250/each (I replaced both my front hub assemblies recently).
