Talking Engine swap

Today I just bought a '72 F100 for $500. I bought it for the engine which I'm told has under 10,000 miles on it since it was rebuilt. It runs really swell. I drove it from Ogden to Orem which is about 70 miles I think and it was a sweltering hot day. The truck did just great on the long trip, no problems at all, the driver on the other hand was overheating, no A/C
Anyway now my task is to remove the engine from the '72 and switch it with the engine from the '66 (both are 352's). The '72 has a 4 speed and the '66 has a 3 speed on the column. I haven't decided on which tranny I want to use. I really don't want to cut a hole in my floor for the 4 speed but at least I know that tranny works, not too sure about the 3 speed. Suggestions are welcome and appreciated. This will only be the second engine swap that I have done and the first one only involved installing an engine in a truck that didn't have the fenders on it. After I'm finished with the '72 I'll be putting it up for sale. It really isn't a bad truck, its in pretty decent shape.
