I know we had problems with ours when we first got it it had 4k on it and it was the worst in a rolling stop when you accelerated it really jerked so we took it in and sure enough TSP wasn't done on the lot or when ford was putting the 4 thousand miles on it so who knows who is supposed to keep track of that but they did a **** poor job of it. anyway take it in should still be able to get it figured out and welcome to FTE
