No, absolutely never put the stuff in a diesel engine. It will kill your injectors. It absorbs the water, and then when the water / methanol mix meets the injector tip, it flashes to steam. When it does, the steam eats up the injector tips.

Our engines have a water separator on them as part of the fuel filter. Let the separator do it's job and remove the water.
