Anyone else out there have the bushings/spacers in there heavy duty fornt end suspension leaf springs wear out? I have only 44k miles on the truck. I have worked it pretty hard (landscaping) but it seems premature for them to wear out completely. It makes a terrible creaking noise now (metal on metal). I greased them and it got better for a while. Any other remedies that don't cost $400 to have the springs torn apart and bushings replaced?
