Next thing they wanted to tell me was they could relocate the water meter, but they would charge me for it. Yeah right!~ and then I would have to dig up a gravel driveway and the whole front yard to connect to it.

*I wonder if I could sublet myself as my own contracter and bill the whole wretched mess to my insurance company? Moot point.
