btw, the suspension in the front is identical from a 04 to an 09 model. They use stamped steel now for the lower a-arms, but it's all the same. The rear end has longer leafs, so it may require some custom fab to make Raptor stuff fit our trucks.


to be honest, the Raptor is an awesome idea, but the only real reason to buy one IMO is for the body package and the 6.2 motor. You can build a similarly able F-150 for $10-15,000 cheaper that will perform admirably in most 4x4 situations....except Baja of course.

im going to get the same exact motor as in a GT buy a top of the line suspension then drive it to baja and have to tow it home
