I am trying to find the exact color of my Grandfathers truck. I remember it was a light blue. I think it was a 64 but not sure because we cant find and pictures that have the front of the truck in the photo. It had the styleside bed, three on the tree, bottle cap hubcaps and the side hood emblem only said Ford F100.Chris
If the emblems on the side of the hood were the shield type and said Ford on the top, then
100 below
, it was a 1963/64.
If the emblems on the side of the hood were shaped like spears and said Ford 100, it was a 1961/62.
1965/66's did not have side hood emblems. The emblems were below the hood at the rear of the front fenders.

You are welcome to swing on by and have a look at them. Have tons of other references, also.
Actual Ford color: LIGHT BLUE = 1963/65 = Promotional color name: ACADEMY BLUE.
