Naw man, they say it still ain't workin'. That would scare the hell out of me having a 40k+ 4X4 that can't get out of some snow! Especially up here in Northern Colorado where they don't plow the side streets. Same thing would happen in loose dirt or mud I'd imagine. I'd be snipping wires like the guy above mentioned. There HAS to be a way to bypass it.

I blew by one up in the mountains on a FSR in an open differentialed work van (E250) and when I came back down dude was still stuck. He was the first one to tell me that the button didn't work. That has got to be embarrassing, getting passed by an overloaded van going sideways in the snow.
