In another Ford trucks site I am asking about whether there are any componentry differences in suspension components between a Lightning, a HD SCrew, a 2x4 SCrew. I have been told that the Lightning and the HD SCrew have the same suspension except for the spring heights.

My question is this, Is the normal SCrew suspension componentry the same as the Lightning and the HD minus the springs? I am sure the sway bars are different, but are the basic components the same? The same A-arms etc...?
