House Rep. Marcy Kaptur from Toledo says stay in the home in cases of foreclosure. She was just on Lou Dobbs show saying that with the HUGE number of foreclosures in this area her advise has been to stay.

The mortgage notes have been sold so many times and rolled into crazy packages of mortgages that the "bank" that claims to currently hold the note may not be able to produce the real paper note. Kaptur says no note = no debt = no forclosure. Get a lawyer and tell the note holder to produce the actual paper note.
