I believe that the ZF is used on the Navigator. It does not have a low 4x4 range. The 6R75 is used on the Expy. It has a high and low 4x4 ranges.

I believe that the 6R75 does not have a fluid change interval, nor does it have a fluid level dip stick. It also uses a very special auto trans fluid available only from Ford. Best check you owner's manual. It should all be told in it.
