Hey, was googling Dana 30 sas and came across this thread so I joined. Here is a link to the Dana 30 SAS YJ conversion that we did on my son's '84 BII while he was on deployment with the Navy. The 30 high pinion is very strong for it's size and can easily handle 35's. I build 4x4's for a living, this BII has done very well. Scroll down a little for the actual thread start.
