I think 75K for a Shelby Mustang is a bit much. I don't care if it is a KR or not. It's not nearly as fast as the ZO6 but, they want same $$$ for it if not more from the factory. Then people spend 100% MSRP to buy what? A name? Sorry. I doubt the new Shelby mustangs are going to be worth anything in 10/15 years. Much less 30+.

I'll stick with the Parnelli Jones, Steve Saleen 302. Can pick that up NEW for $40K. Even get it under the Ford X plan. And ALL Ford Mustang GT rebates. Since there is no "Hype" adjustment for this car, it's the best bang for the buck new Mustang on the market. The 302 is detuned to 450 HP Naturally Aspirated. With some adjustments... can easily pull over 1000 without needing a major rebuild. Plus, it's got a souped up Saleen suspension.
