i called the ford dealership just this last friday and asked about the coolant i have- "shellzone".

the fleet manager said that one is okay without adding anything. for heavy duty or industrial applications, they said you'd need SCA, but for our "light truck" it is not needed.

so there is at least one you can get away with.
