I was going to meet my brother at the beach here, he was surf fishing. The sand was a little soft, but the other trucks made it fine, 1/2 ton trucks. I started down the beach, didn't get far. The truck was bouncing so bad I couldn't go anywhere. I had to back out and they came and picked me up. I think the front of these trucks are so heavy that the front sinks and with no weight in the back, it just sits there and hops on the sand. My dually is much better in the sand. If I had 4x4 on the F-250, I don't think I would have had that problem.
