I am a new user of por 15 metal ready. I don't know if you just forgot to mention this step, or if you actually did not do it in the application, but I know that a necessary step after the metal ready is dry (at least 4 hours), you must wash the area with water and allow to dry before painting. If you did not wash the area, then perhaps the process was not ready for topcoat. Thanks, John
