I read it like you Brady. Won't affect the vehicles that are now exempt, they still will be, but the ones between 1976 and 15 YO would double the inspection to annual.

I'm against ANY additional inspections!!!. But you guys with the classics would still be okay.

I would say this has a good chance of passing because it is logical. Cars over 15 years old are far more likely to fail an inspection. Careful before you flame me - understanding the logic does not equal support.
