I am still having this problem (see below).....dealer has tried to fix it twice and two days after they fixed it the problem comes back.....they are saying the TSB is to reset the heater/cooler part...I guess they are wrong...please help..

the heated and cooled seats buttons on the AC cluster will not light up or it will light up for 30 seconds and shut off and therefore the seat will not heat or cool. The passenger side works fine.
