WRONG!!!! The clip pertains more to GM vehicles.

On XL versions of the ford superduty without power windows, here is the procedure.

On the window roll up handle the outer black surface is actually a plastic cover clipped over the handle. Grab the sides of the handle near the door panel and unclip the cover, and then move the cover to the side. You will see that in the center is a torx headed screw you need to unscrew, and then just wiggle the handle a little and it will pop off.

To remove the door panel after the handle is off, unclip the inner mirror trimplate, unclip the small plastic piece just in front of the armrest, remove the 1 screw hidden under there, remove the lower rear door panel reflector, remove the screw hidden under the reflector, grab the door panel and slide upwards towards the sky and remove. Takes about 3 minutes. Tops.

Dont forget, when you install the crank handle, you should index it so when the windows are rolled up, it matches the position on the other side.
