Tex, I've actually thought of doing that. But most of the houses they are building right now are big fancy-dancy ones around here, crap that this ole' laid back redneck would be afraid to work on. Actually, I'm checking out the possibility of doing lawnmower repair/small engine repair. There seems to be 50 bazillion people around here that run these lawn care businesses, and judging by the look of the trucks they are driving (nice fancy ones that cost more than the house I'm living in is worth ), I don't think they do their own maintence. Probably afraid to get the plush carpet in their truck greasy!
