My 94 5.0/E4OD/4x4 F-150 got about 12 city and 15 hwy with the sequential firing MAF system. Speed density, which is also bank firing may be inferior in theory, but unless you are into making mods, like a different cam, works just fine. I wouldnt bother. I think Ford upgraded the system for emissions reasons only, as the CNG engines still retained speed-density with bank-firing injectors.
