289: 2 = Medium Blue Crush Vinyl & Medium Blue Matchstick Pattern Vinyl / 89 = Body Style 89A Standard Van.

Transmission Code: C = Ford Type 3.03 3 Speed Manual all Syncromesh Transmission.

Rear Axle Code: 11 = Ford 9" WCR / 3.50-1 / non Limited Slip / 3050 lb. Rear Axle Capacity.

04350 = 4350 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

129 HP @ 4000 RPM

74 = Seattle WA Ford District Sales Zone Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the vehicle from.
