Got to agree with six. Unfortunately the only way to load a truck is to stay within capaities. Air bags are only good for leveling. They will not increase capacity of the vehicle itself even with the heavier axle. I wouldn't use coil over shocks at all. I've seen to many shock mounts fail and this wasn't carrying added weight just the normal loading of the shocks.
