Has anyone tried this, or is it another snake oil sales pitch? It claims it can increase your fuel mileage as much a 40%?? Just wanted to know if anyone has tried it before I paid the $47 for planes to run H2O. They claim you'l soend aproc $60-$150 In parts to convert to run with H2O?
