As for the clutch kit you can go to a NAPA auto parts store and order one for it along w/a new flywheel and all together should run around $600.00-$675.00, that is where I got mine when I had my f-350 7.3 turbo diesel, and it is still in the truck to this very day. And as for it jumping in and out of gears sounds like an internal problem as E85 said above^^. When the transmission is taken out it wouldn't be a bad idea to go ahead and take the fly wheel off and replace the carrier bearing, doing this now will save the hastle of doing it later on when it does go out. As for getting a shop to repair it I would shop around and find a shop that has repeat customers and or that is highly talked about in the service area as in doing good jobs on repairs, don't just go w/the first place u run across.
