Kansas style BBQ is mostly beef, but our pork is MUCH better.
I got 40lbs of brisket in the smoker right now, Itll be ready tomorrow. drop on by for a taste. I also make my own rubs and sauces along with some killer pulled pork.
oh, and yeah we have mountains too, well at least one that I know of...
