Making a crew cab (1948 thru 1952

It seems that I keep accumulating these trucks and I'm considering making something unusual to haul my old farm tractors.crawlers, and horse trailer.

I'm inspired by "Irondragon's" stretch cab, and the 1950 F-8 sleeper cab.

How about a crew cab? Does anyone know of this being done for a 1948 thru 1952 cab?

I was looking at my cabs and the cab tapers considerably from the cowl to the back. My first thought was to cut off the back and insert a second cab, but the cowl area is much narrower than the rear of the cab.

We, also, have horses and I have a 4 horse trailer. In warm weather we'll go trail riding at the state parks. The problem with this is that I have a '98 F-250 with regular cab. Thus, all 4 of us will cram into the cab.

I thought it would be cool to have an old hauler crew cab.
