If by multidisk you mean a changer the same thing happened to my 97' F-150. Actully The head unit shorted out somehow at almost the same time. When i was looking to find a replacement i came across a website that repairs stock stereos. you should be able to find it by searching for car stereo repair on google or something. Its not cheap though. You are probably off buying a new deck, at least thats what i did, but be warned an f-150 with a premium sound system (seperate factory amp) can be a pain to wire up. there arent any "plug in" harnesses to integrate that amp.
