Question New To Wvo In Knoxville,tn

Well, I am going to try to get some suppliers of WVO in Knoxville, Tn. Have an old electric water heater, a safe place to make bio, and, Hopefully, will be making it soon! I was wondering if I could use 110V instead of 220 for the heater element and what kind of system works best to clean oil? There is a guy on E-bay selling a Centrifuge made to filter WVO? anyone use these? Also, what do you'll think of the frybird or greasecar systems? I liked Chemistry in school, so i thought I'd try doing that to start and maybe switch to WVO once heated if worth trouble.
