The suppliers I have talked to around here said 'everything' they have is 15ppm (max). They said it generally runs around 5-7ppm and even if I bought 'offroad' diesel it would still be 15ppm max.

I guess it is easier to just carry one fuel and dye it for off road or leave it clear for on road as opposed to keeping two different fuels based on sulfur content.
