The oil cooler "can" become plugged due to the sand in the cooling system when the block was made which will cause the EGR cooler to get hot and fail (install a dieselsite coolant bypass filter - it's worth the money). I am assuming when your egr cooler failed the dealer didn't replace the oil cooler. I had to take my truck to another dealer in town to have it fixed right. If your truck is still at the dealer ask them to replace the oil cooler.
