i have a 08 f350 SRW with the 6.4 diesel and i looked at the ford towing chart i can tow 15700 fifth wheel with 3.73 gears and when i looked at the dually it can tow the same but when changing gears to 4.30 now it tows 18200 does that mean i can change my gear ratio and tow the same amount?
looking to buy a 40ft toy hauler that weighs 13500 plus gear for a total of 17000 i will be towing in Colorado and the western US and i want to be able to do the speed limit which is 70-75.
